Defended manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, employers, premise owners in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New York and acted as National and Regional Counsel for various clients.
Employment Litigation – Defended various employers in discrimination suits, wrongful termination, wage and hour litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Also counsel employers and clients on employment practices.
Institutional Liability – Defended major religious organizations and non-profits in lawsuits alleging physical, mental and/or sexual misconduct or abuse.
Personal Injury – Defended products liability, toxic tort, premises liability, professional liability and motor vehicle and transportation accidents. Tried a variety of lawsuits to verdict in virtually all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
